Episode 48: Healing and Leadership (Part 3) w/ Jackie Mulligan

Jake and Bob sit down for a practical and rich conversation with Jackie Mulligan, the Foundress and CEO of Reform Wellness, a functional and holistic wellness practice rooted in Christ. As a successful young woman, Jackie seemed like she had it all together while internally, her striving and performance-oriented attitude was steadily leading her to a place of dysregulation and illness. Jackie began her healing journey in the adoration chapel where she recognized her need to reform her life by placing Christ at the center of everything from her meals to movement to thought patterns. Now, Jackie is leading others to wholeness in Christ by addressing all aspects of their lives through her groundbreaking program: Reform Online. Space is still available in the Lent 2022 intake.
